Part-time Social Media Manager

We work with high-profile, global brands such as The Glenlivet, Havana Club & Chivas, Corona, Budweiser, Mikes Seltzer, Nature Valley, UGG, UNICEF, General Mills, and a bunch of others.

We have our sights set on a D&AD and/or Cannes Lion this year.

There are about 30 of us (not including the dogs) — but that number grows all the time because we’re still young, ambitious, and do great work.

This is a growing agency, and we’re looking for a social media manager who wants to be part of the team and help drive the next stage of growth.

The role

We’re on the lookout for a part time contract Social Media Manager to support our growing social team. You will be used to managing and growing social communities for brands and able to adapt your tone of voice to match the brands as needed.

You will have at least 3 years of experience working across a range of channels with an emphasis on Instagram (and Facebook), and have up-to-date knowledge on the functionalities of these platforms.

Experience working with reporting tools such as Sprout, and scheduling tools is a plus.

You will have a love of fashion and fashion brands.

You will work alongside our Social Strategist who will set the social strategy with your input.

The role calls for 16 hours of time per week split as such:

-30 mins community management (daily M-F)
-1.5 hrs writing copy & addressing feedback (daily M-F)
-1 hr scheduling/posting (daily M-F)
-1 hr posting content (weekends)

The type of people we want to meet:

You would have worked either client or brand side managing social communities working with large brands.

  • 3 years minimum experience in social media management  
  • This is a contracted part-time role with around 16 hours per week and would suit someone looking for flexible working with a minimum number of hours per week. 
  • You will be quick thinking, have solid grammar and spelling, and able to escalate issues if you spot them.
  • You stay on top of the latest trends in social and are always looking for opportunities to innovate
  • Are organized and self-disciplined with an ability to multi-task 
  • You will relish the opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Are driven, motivated, and have meticulous attention to detail. 
  • Have a can-do attitude and a bit of the ol’ entrepreneurial spirit. 
  • Are interested in being involved in the growth of the business as a whole.
