We’re pretty good at what we do. In 2018 we won five Agency of The Year(s) including The Drum DADI Agency of the Year. We were also shortlisted as Campaign Independent Agency of the Year. And, this year made it onto Campaign Magazine’s 100 best places to work.

There’s about 42 of us (not including the dogs) — but that number grows all the time because we’re still young, ambitious and do great work.

Not surprisingly, this is a growing agency, so we’re looking for a Strategy Director who wants to be part of, and help drive that growth.
We’re looking for a Strategy Director to join our growing strategy team. They will be responsible for leading and driving growth with the biggest clients in the agency. They will be the trusted strategic adviser for senior clients and stakeholders and will be expected to form relationships with these senior decision makers.
The Strategy Director is expected to be curious and self-led with an understanding of the full strategic process from leading research [quant/qual], Identifying killer insights, through to creating inspiring creative briefs and maintaining a consultancy role across projects, to ensure we are always putting the best work out into the world.

You will have previously worked on FMCG accounts and are used to global multi-market brands
