We’re an independent, award-winning, creative agency whose sole purpose is to make tired brands famous again.
We work with high profile, global brands such as Beefeater Gin, Havana Club, Ugg, General Mills, Lindt, and Lindor
Right now, there’s about 30 of us (not including the dogs) - but that number grows all the time because we’re still young, ambitious and pretty good at what we do. We’d love to meet people who want to be part of and help drive that growth.
This is a role at the very heart of our agency. You will head up the cultural identity of Impero whilst also ensuring the smooth operations of the company. You will be a second in command to our Managing Director and Founder and be instrumental in the company growth.
The Operations and talent role here will span across Operations, people management and recruitment. We are looking for someone who will bring the highest level of operational knowledge, EQ and production best practice to the table. This means taking on the culture and ops programs already in place, improving any that you think can benefit from your skills and future proofing the company for growth. This means getting your hands dirty when it comes getting things done but also inspiring your team members to own the culture and organisational excellence of Impero.
Our Head of Ops must have a good ability to understand client business needs, the internal staff needs including their strengths and weaknesses, and apply this information to your daily company management decision. This means being the centre of Impero, across the various changes and requirements, and always helping the team to be their best and stay positive. This means being confident in speaking up, whether that be to the MD, to the staff within the agency or to procurement leads from our clients .
Our Head of Ops should have initiative. Whether it’s to see a gap in our process and fill it, spotting problems coming down the pipeline, supporting teams on jobs, or just ensuring the staff’s wellbeing. Someone who has good relationships within the agency, and is able to be a rock for them to turn to. You will also take an active role in being part of the senior team and helping to drive the agency forward.
Most importantly, you must have the same fire as the rest of our team to push Impero to continue to make award winning work. You must be talented, ambitious and driven.
If you have high emotional intelligence, operational brilliance, and a desire to grow a happy and profitable agency we want to meet you. You will have experience in operational roles in creative agencies, and have a good working knowledge of Project and Studio management.
