Right now, there’s about 30 of us (not including the dogs) - but that number grows all the time because we’re still young, ambitious and pretty good at what we do. We’d love to meet people who want to be part of and help drive that growth. Does that person sound like you?
You should have an understanding of how brands use words and ideas to influence how consumers perceive them; and the passion to build on this knowledge, to make campaigns that consumers truly care about. As well as being notoriously great with words, you’ll be an ideas person – reimagining how existing ads could be better, and how, beyond a great TVC or print ad, a campaign could come to life out in the world. Juniors should be eager to take direction, seeking out feedback from senior team members – but equally comfortable to run with your own ideas in a safe and supportive environment.
Above all else, Junior Copywriters are storytellers, and should have sound communication skills – verbal, written and visual – enabling you to help others understand your ideas, and the thinking that’s led you to them.
