Visual &
Motion Designer

Hello, we’re Impero.

We’re an independent, award-winning, creative agency for Impatient Brands.

We work with high profile, global brands such as Martell, Glenlivet, Ugg, Danone, West Midlands Trains, Nature Valley and Lindt

Right now, there’s about 30 of us (not including the dogs) - but that number grows all the time because we’re still young, ambitious and pretty good at what we do. We’d love to meet people who want to be part of, and help drive that growth.

The role:

This role within the design team will be a minimum of 3 months (potentially 6), working as our agency based retained designer for one of Impero’s major growth accounts - West Midland Trains. You will be working a maximum of six hours a day on the account with the remaining two focussed on supporting the design team whether it’s a branding job, pitch deck, creating social content or assisting with mock-ups.

This role is to execute all requests made by the client with enthusiasm, speed and reliability, demonstrating great attention to detail, total trustworthiness and initiative.

This is a great opportunity if you want to be the lead designer on an account as well as pushing your visual and motion skills. You must have the same drive as the rest of our team to help Impero continue to make award winning work. You must be talented, ambitious and driven.

Being a retained designer is not permanent so there is scope to grow with Impero and work on our other amazing brands beyond the initial three to six months.

Retained work will include:
  • Moving video / GIFs
  • Content creation
  • Artworking
Your goals for the first 3/6 months:
  • Score 80% or higher in Client’s Satisfaction Rating
  • Create two Instagram posts for Impero’s Instagram every month
