We’re multi-disciplined but our hearts lie in branding. We work with high profile brands such as Havana Club, Beefeater Gin, Ugg, Lindt Chocolate, Nature Valley, 7Up and a bunch of others.

Right now, there’s about 30 of us (not including the dogs) — but that number grows all the time because we’re still young, ambitious and pretty good at what we do.

The role:

This is a great role for someone looking to get started in the industry. You will be our office administrator and help out in the traffic/studio department, the Project Management team, and help our Account Management team. This role will give you exposure to all of these departments, with the aim that after a year or so, you will move into a junior role in one of these departments and make way for the next office admin. Having said that, if you end up loving office management, and thats where you want to head, this role may be yours for years to come!

You will be the centre of all Impero’s office needs day to day, from planning parties, assisting the resource manager, helping prepare for client meetings or assisting with shoot props and returns, this will be a varied role with contact with many departments.

You will not be afraid to get your hands dirty when it comes getting things done and you will be enthusiastic about each and every task that comes your way.

You will be interested in the advertising industry, keen to learn, always positive, bundles of energy, and a core part of Impero.

An office admin should have initiative. Whether it’s to see a gap in our office and fill it, spotting problems coming down the pipeline, supporting teams on jobs, or just ensuring the staff’s wellbeing.

Most importantly, you must have the same fire as the rest of our team to push Impero to continue to make award winning work. You must be talented, ambitious and driven.

Your goals for year one:
  • 90% positive reviews from colleagues in your 360 feedback.
  • Have managed three small projects (in any of the PM, AM or traffic teams)
