Hello, we’re Impero.

We’re an independent, award-winning, creative agency that’s sole purpose is to make tired brands famous again.

We’re multi-disciplined but our hearts lie in branding. We work with high profile brands such as Beefeater Gin, Havana Club Rum, Ugg, General Mills, West Midland Trains and a bunch of others.

Right now, there’s about 30 of us (not including the dogs) — but that number grows all the time because we’re still young, ambitious and pretty good at what we do.

The role:

Being a Project Manager at Impero is all about building relationships, both with your client and internal teams. Responsible for running projects, you’ll own and oversee everything from inception and requirements definition through to delivery working alongside the Client Services team. Committed to continually improving the way we work with our clients, you’ll foster a positive, enthusiastic and cohesive team environment to enable the delivery of a successful product, every time.

You will have 3+ years of agency PM experience, ideally within a creative, digital or multi-disciplinary agency. You’ll have a working experience with project management systems / resourcing tools, such as Traffic Live.

Proven ability to work well under pressure, with a high degree of flexibility and fluidity and a positive, self- motivated attitude. We’re a very responsive agency and our projects have a fast turnaround. You’ll need to be able to take ownership of your projects with a proactive can-do attitude. You need to be able Demonstrable customer service ethos, a commitment to quality and the will to constantly drive improvements. 


Key responsibilities:

As project manager you will be responsible for the ownership and delivery of a range of projects including branding, 360 campaigns, film/TVC, OOH, social, strategy and photography.

You will have proven experience of:

Project management- leading projects from brief through to delivery, including the creation of SOWs/cost estimates and timelines, resource booking, briefings, weekly reporting and reconciliations to ensuring projects are kept on-time, on-budget and to Impero quality standards.

Production experience - coordinating photoshoots/social content shoots including post production, model, photographer, location, and stylist bookings and prop sourcing. Managing the entire process from brief to delivery.

You will be responsible for engaging with clients and client services to ensure a complete, clear and shared understanding of requirements and manage changes to key internal and external stakeholders calmly and effectively.

You are a resourceful expert. With a broad understanding of Impero’s aims, specialisms and services and how these can be applied. You are flexible when it is necessary to change the rules, re-plan and redirect. You’re happy to cut your own path if necessary. You are courageous when facing the unknown, believe in ambitious goals and have the resilience to achieve them.
