We’re an independent, award-winning, creative agency that’s sole purpose is to make tired brands famous again.

We’re multi-disciplined but our hearts lie in branding. We work with high profile brands such as Beefeater Gin, Havana Club Rum, Ugg, General Mills, West Midland Trains and a bunch of others.

Right now, there’s about 30 of us (not including the dogs) — but that number grows all the time because we’re still young, ambitious and pretty good at what we do.

The role:

This role is to work on a key agency account, who have big plans for the future. Working directly into an ambitious AM, you will support them on managing key clients and delivering a programme of very exciting work. You will have the opportunity to take responsibility of your own projects, managing the process from brief to delivery and driving forward great client work - ultimately helping to make your clients and their brands famous.

As a Senior Account Executive, you are also the go to person the team rely on when stuff needs sorting - and your role is to execute these requests with enthusiasm, speed and reliability; demonstrating great attention to detail, total trustworthiness and initiative. With a year under your belt already, you should be at ease with agency processes and understand how an agency operates; you will have mastered all account management 101 basics and already had experience in delivering projects and owning your own client relationships.

Key Skills:
  • 1+ year within an agency environment
  • Personable, able to easily build relationships both internally & externally
  • Exceptionally organised and able to juggle multiple tasks at any one time and prioritise accordingly
  • Great communication skills, ensuring your team and clients are kept informed at every step
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Calm under pressure
  • An excellent understanding of client servicing 101 basics
  • Curious
  • Can-do attitude, with drive to continuously improve your skills and knowledge
  • Develop meaningful and valuable client relationships to return an average of 20% growth in revenues for your owned accounts
  • Deliver projects on-time 100% of the time and to within 95% of the agreed budget
  • Attend 1 networking event per month within the industry to build knowledge and contacts
  • Deliver 2 personal development projects every year to the agency/client team

You are courageous when facing the unknown, believe in ambitious goals and have the resilience to achieve them.
