We’re an independent, award-winning, creative agency that’s sole purpose is to make tired brands famous again.
We’re multi-disciplined but our hearts lie in branding. We work with high profile brands such as Beefeater Gin, Havana Club Rum, Ugg, General Mills, West Midland Trains and a bunch of others.
Right now, there’s about 30 of us (not including the dogs) — but that number grows all the time because we’re still young, ambitious and pretty good at what we do.

This role is to work on a key agency account, who have big plans for the future. Working directly into an ambitious AM, you will support them on managing key clients and delivering a programme of very exciting work. You will have the opportunity to take responsibility of your own projects, managing the process from brief to delivery and driving forward great client work - ultimately helping to make your clients and their brands famous.
As a Senior Account Executive, you are also the go to person the team rely on when stuff needs sorting - and your role is to execute these requests with enthusiasm, speed and reliability; demonstrating great attention to detail, total trustworthiness and initiative. With a year under your belt already, you should be at ease with agency processes and understand how an agency operates; you will have mastered all account management 101 basics and already had experience in delivering projects and owning your own client relationships.
You seek to understand the big picture and be part of the creative process, not just a director of tasks. You are passionate about new ideas and practices and original thinking. You keep things simple, focusing your team on what matters most. You set priorities and stick to them. You are action and results orientated with consistently high levels of accuracy.
You see issues from different perspectives, are diplomatic, empathetic and listens well to reach a resolution. You build trust. You have a great positive energy and a open and motivational approach. You collaboratively direct project teams and are calm in the face of adversity.
You are fastidious about monitoring output, ensuring consistently high quality. You plan ahead, anticipate and reacts to changes and project needs. You take responsibility for the work of the team, managing projects profitably. You treat client money as if it were your own.
You have good written and verbal communication skills and engender professionalism and credibility. You manage expectations clearly and concisely present opinion. You are a problem solver, challenge solutions based on good judgement and generate possible new solutions. And you own the daily decision making on your projects.
You are a resourceful expert. With a broad understanding of Impero’s aims, specialisms and services and how these can be applied. You are flexible when it is necessary to change the rules, re-plan and redirect. You’re happy to cut your own path if necessary. You are courageous when facing the unknown, believe in ambitious goals and have the resilience to achieve them.
