This scheme recognises the need to compensate poorer countries for the adverse effects of climate change, created – ultimately – by wealthier countries. So, we hacked the agenda. By creating a deepfake of the PM's headline speech, we got a new voice heard: Ugandan climate activist Vanessa Nakate.
